La luz y su presencia.El resplandor que brilla ante la presencia y el milagro de los que necesitan luz cuando todo es desesperación y soledad.La presencia de la virgen y el resplandor que intenta hacernos ver la autora a pesar de que la imagen no esta.Símbolo de esperanza de los que creen y de los milagros hechos por la virgen camino de esperanza y de ayuda a los marineros.

Un paseo contemporáneo por las ermitas de Sagunto.

Desde el año 2006 asistimos a esta agradable invitación al arte y nuestra ermitas se transforman
sin perder el respeto por lo que representan.Artistas de fama mundial transforman un espacio ocupado por la religiosidad de las imágenes dando una visión del mismo interpretada desde lo mas puro del movimiento abstracto hasta lo mas relevante de un complejo modernismo interpretado por las materias mas variadas donde la importancia de la iluminación y la visión de las imágenes en distintas dimensiones o el significando de materiales puros como la piedra hacen que el espacio religioso sin dejar de serlo forme parte de una opción cultural y distintas formas de ver lo que representa.La inauguración fué el viernes 13 de julio a las 20:30 de la tarde y entre las autoridades se encontraban Alfredo Castelló (Alcalde de Sagunto ) Gloria Calero (psoe) y un nutrido grupo de personas vinculadas a la política local de Sagunto a demás de multitud de vecinos que se sumaron al recorrido por las ermitas en una tarde calurosa pero que invitaba al paseo.

PORTAL DEL CARRER DE LA MURALLA

La calle empieza en los Escipiones y termina en la calle Mayor.Según Chabret en su libro nomenclátor de las calles y plazas de Sagunto lleva este nombre por que es el único trozo de recinto amurallado de la población que esta espedito sin haber apoyado edificio alguno sobre el; cuestión que no se da en la actualidad.
el muro media en su tiempo 6´50de espesor y 1´90 de altura, con tres torres cuadradas y continuaba hasta la puerta ferriça hasta terminar en la plaza de Almenara del castillo extremidad oriental de la fortaleza.
como se puede observar la muralla ya no esta así y en su recorrido tiene edificios adosados consevandose algunas de las torres.

Empieza en la calle Dolors y termina en c/Héroes.Se llama asi penyetes diminutivo de penyes.
Antigua calle Les Roquetes.esta calle que da el nombre al barrio transcurre de principio a fin por una zona montuosa de el casco antiguo.
